Orders
There are several ways to place an order with us:
Office Opening Times
Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Please note that we only operate an online shop; and sadly we do not have a facility for public visits.
UK Delivery
We offer free delivery to most UK areas for orders over £25.00.
A flat rate postage charge of £4.20 is added to all orders under £25.00.
UK dispatch is by Royal Mail or with a Courier on a 24/48 hour service (excluding weekends and public holidays) depending on the size and complexity of your order.
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days but please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us by phone or email.
If your order is time critical, please contact us so that we can ensure the delivery timescale will meet your needs.
Orders received after 1pm may not be dispatched until the following working day.
Please note: Aerosols and Liquids can only be sent by courier and not by Royal Mail.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally. Please contact us if you are located outside the UK for product prices (as a guide the prices will be our website list price less UK VAT), and delivery costs.
Sadly, for regulatory reasons, we are unable to supply Constrain or other insecticide products to non-UK customers. Please contact us for alternatives.
Please note that import restrictions on certain products or materials may apply and can vary between countries. Please check your local custom requirements before placing an order for international delivery. We will not be liable for goods retained at customs, or any extra duties that apply.
If you have a particularly large or complex order please email your requirements and we will be happy to provide a quotation for you including any discounts or bulk charges. All products are sold on a Delivery At Place (DAP, Incoterms 2020) duty unpaid basis.
Order Cancellations and Returns
You may cancel your order at any stage of the ordering process prior to dispatch. Please contact us as soon as you can and we will let you know if your products have been dispatched.
We can accept returns of unused/unopened products for a full refund if returned products are received in a resalable condition.
If you wish to return items please contact us in advance to confirm the returns process and also note you are responsible for the carriage fees and for any loss or damage in transit or due to ineffective packing.
